先日第一子となる息子を出産したので、覚えている範囲でレポしていきます🙋♀️
※コロナ5類移行後ですが、出産直前からのみ立ち会い可能でした。
妊娠中の経過
出産レポの前に軽く妊娠中のことを🤰
生理が2週間遅れていて少し体調不良もあったので、念の為検査薬を使ったところ陽性反応🧚♀️
信じられず翌日に再度検査したらやはり陽性。
婦人科の予約が取れたので受診した結果、6週目だけどまだ胎嚢しか確認出来ないとの事。
翌週別の産婦人科で診てもらったら、心拍も確認できたので母子手帳貰って来ました☺️
この頃から悪阻が始まり10週目がピークでしたが、吐くことは一度もなく軽めだったと思います。（マックのポテトに助けられました🍟）
妊娠中は予定日1か月前まで働いていましたが、早産等の心配は無くとても順調でした👏
予定日過ぎて
正期産に入ってからも産まれる気配は全く無し🤷♀️
母も遅れたと聞いていたので、何となく遅れるんだろうな〜とは思っていましたが、、
40週5日目の健診でNSTをしたところ、赤ちゃんが苦しそうな時があるとの事でその日に入院🏥
子宮口はなんとか指一本分開いてる感じでした。
入院初日はNSTでの経過観察のみ。
直ぐに産まないと危険⚠️という状況ではなかったので、翌日に促進剤使っていく事になりました。
誘発開始
翌日は午前9時から誘発開始！
この時点で子宮口は3cm開いてました。
促進剤って点滴のイメージだったのですが、内服薬から始めるとの説明がありました💊
3時間おきに服薬するものでしたが、2回目の服薬で赤ちゃんが苦しそうとのことで中止に😭
その後赤ちゃんの様子が落ち着いてきたので、翌日に向けて点滴に切り替えました。
点滴の方が内服薬より緩やかに誘発できるそう🤔💡
1時間程経ったところで少し痛みが出てきましたが、まだ弱いしやはり翌日に持ち越しに😭
本陣痛〜出産
部屋に戻りシャワーを浴びて、20時頃寛いでいると生理痛の様な痛みが💦
定期的にくるので計ると5分間隔でした。NST取るために部屋に来た助産師さんに報告→内診したところ子宮口まだ4cmだからまだまだだね〜！と🥲
まだ全然耐えられる痛みだったのでベッドに横になりながらのんびりしていました😊
22時30分頃起き上がった際にお股から温かいものが出る感覚が💦
破水かも！と思い直ぐにナースコール📞
確認してもらうと破水で、子宮口は変わらず4cmでした😱
23時に歩いてLDRに移動。
この時から痛みが強くなってきました😰
感覚的に2〜3分くらいだったと思います。
何とか夫に絵文字付きLINE送れるくらい。
助産師さんには朝くらいかな〜と言われていたので、まだまだだと思いひとりでひたすら耐える時間が続きます😵
横向きや胡座など色々試しましたが、私は四つん這いの体勢が耐えられました😊
日付が変わって0時過ぎるともうLINEも出来ませんでした、、
夜間なのと別の人の対応が重なったのか、なかなか助産師さん来てくれず、引き続きひとりで耐える時間が続きます。
陣痛の合間にしっかり寝落ちしました😪
1時頃出てきそうな感覚が強くなり、さすがにナースコールで助産師さん呼び出し🛎
内診してもらうとほぼ全開とのこと！！
すぐに夫に連絡し向かってもらいました。
立ち会い希望だったので、夫が来るまでは持ってくれ〜！と願いながら分娩準備へ。
1時30分頃夫到着👨
仰向けになりいきみ始めるも呼吸が浅かったのか、赤ちゃんに酸素上手く渡せず酸素マスク着用。
何回かいきんだところで会陰切開😇
切開の全然痛みは感じず！
次で出すぞ！と意気込み、2時過ぎに息子誕生👶🎉
元気に泣いてくれて一安心😌
愛おしくて今までにない不思議な感情になりました☺️
夫は一旦退室し、赤ちゃんは体重計ったりして、私は会陰切開の処置等をしてもらいました。
一連の処置が終わったあとは1時間程家族の時間👨👩👦を過ごし夫は帰宅、私はしばらくその場で安静でした👩
その後トイレ補助を受け、歩きで部屋に戻りました。
休もうと思うのですが産後ハイで寝付けず、とりあえず横になって目を閉じていました。
出産を終えて
妊娠中に色んな方の出産レポを見ていたのですが、陣痛来る前に入院したりと想定とは違う出産になりました。
何よりも無事に産まれてきてくれて一安心です😌💞
まだまだこれからが大変ですが、楽しんで子育てしていきたいですね♡
育児の事や産休育休中のお金の事もアップしていく予定なので、よかったらまた見に来てください😊
